What’s your return & exchange policy?
We want you to love your Ornum gear, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at your contact page. We process orders quickly so we can't guarantee changes once an order has been submitted, but we'll always do our best to help.
When will my order ship?
We aim to have all orders handed off to our shipping partner by the next business day — because we know you’re keen to get back out on the course looking sharp. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! Ornum gift cards are available in $25, $50 and $100 denominations — and you can mix and match multiples in your cart to reach the total you want. If you’re after a specific amount or need something more personalised, just reach out to us and we’ll help make it happen.
How do I know my size?
The Ornum range fits true to size with an everyday fit — tailored enough to look sharp but relaxed enough for a full round. If you're between sizes or broader through the chest and shoulders, we recommend sizing up.

Do you cater for smaller or slimmer builds?
Yes. The OrnumElite polo is available from 2XS through to 3XL — one of the widest size ranges in Australian golf apparel. The TourWeave, AeroFusion and ClimateGrind styles currently start from Small. If you're a smaller build and unsure which style suits you best, contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.
Is your gear unisex?
Our current range is designed specifically with male golfers in mind — focusing on fit, function, and performance tailored to the men’s game. That said, all of our on-course accessories are (of course) for everyone and can be used by any player.
Do you offer apparel for women golfers?
At this stage, we’re focused on launching and refining our core men's range — but we see you, and we’re listening. Expanding into women’s and kids golf apparel is definitely on our radar for the future. We’re here for every player who knows the grind, and we can’t wait to grow the Ornum family. Stay tuned.
How should I care for my Ornum apparel?
We build Ornum gear to handle the grind — but a little care goes a long way. For best results, follow the care instructions on the labels inside each garment. We also recommend checking the product page for any specific tips related to that item.
Are your products approved for tournament play?
Every Ornum product has been tested and worn in tournament conditions, during PGA Tour of Australia events. We design with the realities of competitive golf in mind — ensuring all our apparel meets course dress codes and performs under pressure.
Is your apparel good for hot/humid weather?
Ornum gear is built to handle the heat. Our founder has spent years playing on tours across Australia and Asia in some of the most humid, challenging conditions out there. That firsthand experience shaped every detail: lightweight, breathable fabrics, moisture-wicking tech, quick-dry performance, and designs that keep you cool and comfortable when the temperature rises. This isn’t just theory — it’s apparel tested under real heat and built to help you stay focused, not drenched.

How do I know which polo style is right for me?
Ornum offers four polo styles, each built around a different fabric and aesthetic. TourWeave uses a smooth sublimated finish — lightweight and versatile. AeroFusion features a jacquard camouflage weave woven directly into the fabric for a more textured, premium hand feel. ClimateGrind uses a sublimated print on a lightweight polyester-spandex blend — clean and understated. OrnumElite is our brand statement polo with an all-over sublimated Ornum logo pattern and jacquard base. All four share the same everyday fit, moisture-wicking technology, four-way stretch and SPF protection.
