How far in advance should we get in touch before our event or deadline?

As early as possible. Production timelines vary significantly by product type and quantity. For event merchandise, we recommend reaching out at least 8 to 12 weeks before your deadline. Reach out sooner if your timeline is tight and we'll advise on what's achievable.
